Digital Product Refund Policy

KETO RESET is a digital PDF product. No physical item is shipped, and there is nothing to return by mail.

Your download link is sent to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us at galoramvd.store@gmail.com with your order number.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if your download link does not work, the file is corrupted or incorrect, or you were charged twice. We will help you access the correct file. If we cannot resolve an access or file issue, we will issue a refund. Duplicate charges will be refunded.

Because digital access is provided promptly, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the file has been downloaded. If you have not accessed or downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a cancellation and refund.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
